Reflecting
The end of my 365 for 2011 has a business like feel to it. I’m done, truly.
Whereas in the first 365 project I finished, I explored the subject of myself and learned to stomach it, with this one I felt a little all over the place. One day it might be a carefully set up image, on which I practiced manual settings and the next veer into quick instagram pics. But, always, there was insight, some amount of honed aesthetics ( I guess,) and a preserved memory of moments that would be forgotten otherwise, as with the two phone photos of really good days below.
They needed to be recorded.
It was worth it.
